Ever heard of a clan or guild? They hold there own websites like these. If your loyal enough you will get promoted to a mod since they only have 40 members.

Well modding is nothing really you just need to get along with the community and destroy things against the rules...yeah i modded one of the biggest streaming sites on teh net for like a year til the internal combustion where all its uploaders left. XD
